Senior Electronics Technician
The Senior Electronics Technician’s role within the organization is to perform a variety of tasks including assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of motors, drives and controls at the component, board, and system level.
Responsibilities:
- Perform set-up and test of electronic components, boards, assemblies and subsystems
- Maintain complete and accurate records of test results
- Provide recommendations to improve set-up and test procedures
- Perform evaluation, strong troubleshooting, repair and test of returns
- Work expeditiously with engineering to resolve troubleshooting or repair issues
- Assess, adjust, and communicate priorities as required by customer, workload, etc.
- Assist in coordinating the activities of other technicians
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree+/ or Advanced Technical education in electronics technology
- 5+ years’ experience in the electronics field with component, board, product and system test experience
- Able to use a variety of test equipment and tools including oscilloscopes, meters, and soldering irons
- Fine pitch soldering skills to IPC A 610 and J-STD-001 Class 3 standards
- Knowledge and experience in ESD and FOD prevention
- Solid communication skills
- Procedure and process oriented

- US Citizenship requiredExperience with working in a high voltage environment a plus
